Having trouble charging your Plaxpot device? If your unit is no longer holding a charge or failing to connect properly, the issue may lie with a faulty charging dock. Over time, wear and tear or internal faults can cause the dock to stop functioning as it should.
We offer a Plaxpot Charging Dock Replacement Service to help get your device back up and running with minimal downtime. If you suspect the charging dock is the issue, you have two options:
1. Send Your Plaxpot Unit for Inspection
You can send your Plaxpot device to us for a diagnostic inspection. We’ll check to see whether the charging dock is indeed the cause of the issue. If it is repairable, we’ll fix it and return your unit to you as quickly as possible. This is often the fastest solution, as we may be able to repair the dock without needing to wait for a new unit to arrive.
2. Back-Order a New Charging Dock
If your dock is beyond repair or you prefer a brand-new replacement, we can order a new charging dock for you. Please note that this is a back-order item, so it may take a few working days to arrive after the order is placed. The price remains the same whether you choose a repair or request a new unit.
