We hope you enjoyed your purchase from Hydurage Limited .Refunds and returns are available on physical products only and does not include any digital products. If returning a product, it must be returned in the exact condition, the packaging must still be intact, labels attached and unopened. If the product is faulty it may well still be in warranty with the manufacturer and we can help and advise how to obtain a replacement, as we do not hold machines for warranty replacement in stock. You need to be aware that returning an item to a manufacturer may take a while to get back, this is out of our control and as Hydurage Limited does not issue a warranty unless it is for a Hydurage branded product we do not offer replacements. Refunds (other than for defective goods) cannot be claimed under any circumstances until 10 working days have passed since the point of order. If only partial delivery has occurred, only a partial refund can be claimed. Refunds are processed directly back to your payment card and this can take up to 30 days but in most cases your refund will be processed within 14 days.
If you make a refund claim inside the 40 day period (10 days for delivery + 30 days for processing) we reserve the right to charge you any fees and/or costs that we incur in challenging this.
The buyer is also reponsible for return postage fees and will not be refunded.
