Return & Refund Policy for items purchased in our store

Thanks for shopping at our store . If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to inform us that you wish to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. We must receive the item within 14 days of your request to return, otherwise, we will not accept the return.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies normally 10 business days.

Warranties. If you need to return a machine due to there being a fault, the manufacturer of the machine offers a warranty to return and repair or replace and for ease, we ask you to contact the manufacturer directly to arrange shipment and return. Your warranty is offered by the manufacturer, not Hydurage Ltd.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non- refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

This refund policy does not cover items purchased from Hydurage Ltd directly using another method i.e. Courses/products sold during training – just the items (course deposits are not included) purchased from our online store.

The refund policy does not cover any course. Once paperwork has been released to the student, refund is not possible. 

Please ensure your country allows the product you are purchasing; We take no responsbility nor are we obliged to to assist in any customs seizures as we supply the correct information and/or paperwork to accompany the product if necessary. If customs do not permit the item(s) you have purchased it will usually be returned to us. Upon this return, we will inspect the condition of the product(s) and process a refund or partial refund accordingly – This refund may take up to 14 days to process upon receiving the product. Please note that whilst we are happy to assist in finding any lost parcels by chasing up with couriers, we also consider our obligation to our customer fulfilled once a package as been delivered and “signed for” within the correct time frame for the shipping chosen. In the rare case that your package is signed for but you didn’t receive it, please contact us as well as the courier selected for delivery.
