Shipping Information

All order completion emails from us will now include tracking information above your order breakdown; Please look for this in your email before contacting us regarding tracking for your order.  Registered users will also be able to find this information on their orders page.

We aim to ship same day on all orders before 2PM GMT when possible.

We take back-orders on certain products, look out for green text on the product page displaying stock status – If the product is in stock it will clearly show the amount we have. If your order is a ‘back-order’ please contact us for an estimated shipping date; We WILL NOT refund your order if we have already ordered stock from our supplier on your behalf.

*It may take up to 12hrs for your shipping information to show status updates depending on which service selected. This information is not within our control.

Hydurage now only offers Royal Mail Special Delivery and DHL Express options for delivery.

You may now incur EU VAT charges upon delivery of your order. <b>WE DO NOT CHARGE VAT FOR EU COUNTRIES ON CHECKOUT NOR DO WE ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY CHARGES YOU MAY INCUR WHEN ORDERING PRODUCT FROM US.</b>  You will be contacted prior to delivery if there is VAT to pay, for this reason please ensure your contact information is correct.

International: (7-30 working days; extremely varied due to COVID-19)
When you place an order at Hydurage, we offer multiple ways to get your shipment to you but most commonly selected are the ‘Economy Royal Mail’ options for our overseas customers. When selecting these options we use our national Postal Service in the UK which means it will be passed on to your local Postal Service when it arrives in your country (USPS, Canada Post, etc…). Once your order has shipped you will receive an order completion email which will include with a tracking code such as LO026605874GB‘ as well as a link directly through to the correct postal tracking service. The code provided will be valid to use on the UK Royal Mail website as well as your Local Postal service once it has been handed across to them.

*We are not obligated nor do we accept to pay any customs duties or charges incurred if you are ordering from overseas. We are a UK based company; Please check with your local postal service regading customs duties in your city/state/country. We do not accept responsibilty for how long your order may take to be processed by customs or if the item(s) are held by customs. We provide the correct paperwork for clearance so as long as your country of residence allows the item(s) to be legally imported they should not get held up for too long. If they do get held up we will assist with any clearance issues that are within our control. In any circumstances, if your item is lost we will do whatever we can to locate it for you from our side but our obligation to you, the customer, ends once we have provided tracking details/proof of postage. If we can clearly see that the item did not make it to you with the tracking we provide, we will always work towards a resolution between both parties. Please wait 30 working days before contacting us regarding your shipping time/lost claim.

With the current levels of spam protection offered by Email providers, we understand that sometimes our order completion emails containing your tracking information don’t make it through to you; If you did not recieve a completion order email from or have a problem with your tracking information please contact us for assistance.
