Below are some of the questions we get asked about products and courses.

  1. Are the courses accredited? Answer - We offer CPD points on all courses that are completed, we are not accredited with an awarding body.
  2. What does the online include? Answer - The online course is theory only and does not include any kits or products. If you choose the in person course we include certain products pertaining to the subject matter.
  3. Do the online courses include video instruction? Answer - We do not offer video instruction on the online courses, they are theory only with occasional links to helpful information.
  4. If I need help with the course content can I get support? Answer - Yes, we offer support via WhatsApp calls or text and you can contact us at any time.
  5. Is there a time limit on the taking the course? Answer - No you have access to the course for 6 months and if you need longer we will extend your learning time.
  6. What does CPD mean? Answer - CPD stands continual professional development.
  7. Is CPD an accreditation? Answer - No, CPD is an award of points given to the student who has taken the course to show that they are continuing their education on a regular basis.
  8. Who needs CPD? Answer - Regulated professionals such as Nurses, Doctors, Medical professionals, teachers, assessors etc need a certain amount of CPD points per year to show their regulating body and to keep their licence. If you are not a regulated professional CPD points are irrelevant to your ongoing education.
  9. I wish to purchase a product but it shows back-order what does that mean? Answer - This means we do stock this product but it is currently unavailable. This can be due to manufacturer supply issues or general demand on our store. We do aim to restock products as soon as possible, please contact us to find out when we can expect to have it back in stock. If you need the product urgently then it is advisable not to order products showing back-order.
  10. When will I receive my order? Answer - please check out the shipping page for further information.
  11.  The website won't work properly in my browser, what should I do? Answer - We do not recommend using Apple's Safari or Microsoft's Edge browsers on our website, they are notoriously error prone.
  12. How do I order wholesale from hydurage? Answer - Please sign up via the wholesale page to become a member which will allow access to our pricelist and order form.
