Training Courses
- Are the courses accredited? Answer - We offer CPD points on all courses that are completed
- What does the online include? Answer - The online course is theory only and does not include any kits or products. If you choose the in person course we include certain products pertaining to the subject matter.
- Do the online courses include video instruction? Answer - As we have many students who speak languages other than English, and to be in line with our Equality Policy, we have to instruct everyone to the same level. We have, however, included videos where possible with links to our Youtube channel and we also include links to additional helpful information.
- If I need help with the course content can I get support? Answer - Yes, we offer support via WhatsApp calls or text and you can contact us at any time.
- Is there a time limit on the taking the course? Answer - No you have access to the course for 12 months and if you need longer we will extend your learning time.
- What does CPD mean? Answer - CPD stands continual professional development.
- Is CPD Certification Recognized in the US? Answer - Yes, Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is a globally recognized framework designed to enhance expertise across various industries.
- Is CPD Certification Recognized by Employers in the US? Answer - Many employers in the US highly value CPD certification as it reflects a candidate’s commitment to professional growth and development.
- How do I login to access my course? Answer - Please login to your dashboard at hydurage.com/dashboard to view your course enrolments or to track your order.
Product Orders and Shipping
- I wish to purchase a product but it shows 'available on wholesale', what does that mean? Answer - This means we do not stock this product but we do accept direct wholesale orders. To learn about our wholesale and sign up for a free wholesale membership, please click here and register. Please ensure you provide all information required in the form for quicker processing.
- Do I need to create an account to make a purchase? Answer - No, you can complete any order as a guest, however, we do recommend creating an account when purchasing a training course as this will allow quicker access to all learning materials.
- When will I receive my order? Answer - please check out the shipping page for further information for domestic and international shipping.
- How do I track my order? Answer - Upon order fulfilment, we will provide a tracking number for your selected shipping option. You can find this in your orders dashboard but if you checked out as a guest rather than being signed in, don't worry as you will also receive an email with this information upon completion.
- I would like to purchase a machine on finance, how do I do this? Answer - Please click here to find out more information about our financing options for both UK and US customers. Fill in the form ensuring that you provide all information required and we'll be in touch with you shortly after.
Payments and Technical Issues
- The website won't work properly in my browser, what should I do? Answer - We do not recommend using Apple's Safari or Microsoft's Edge browsers on our website, they are notoriously error prone.
- My payment won't go through when trying to place an order, what should I do? Answer - We have multiple payment options when checking out your order, please try them all or contact us if you're having further difficulties and we'll be happy to help by providing a payment link. - I am having trouble logging into my account, how do I login? Answer - You will be asked to reset your password upon creating an account with us but you can also do this manually any time after by clicking here or at the login page.
- I have entered my password incorrectly too many times and am now locked out. What do I do? Answer - We have website security that will automatically block your IP address after multiple incorrect login attempts. This is to stop brute force attacks on our website which helps protect our customers as well as their data. Please contact us right away and we will add you to our whitelist. Please note that once added to our whitelist, it will take up to 1 hour for these changes to come into effect before you can access your account again.
