Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict any statutory rights or legal protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

By using the Website, you confirm that the information you provide to us is accurate, complete and kept up to date.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Website and any products or services purchased from us complies with all applicable laws, regulations and professional requirements in your location.

3. Website Content and Information

We take reasonable steps to ensure that the information published on our Website is accurate and current. However, product descriptions, images, specifications, availability, prices and other information may occasionally contain errors, omissions or inaccuracies.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information and make reasonable changes to Website content at any time.

Information provided on the Website is for general informational and educational purposes only and should not be treated as legal, medical, financial or professional advice.

You should obtain appropriate professional advice where necessary before purchasing or using any product, machine, treatment or training course.

4. Product Information and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images and photographs accurately represent the products we supply.

However, colours, packaging, accessories, specifications and appearance may vary slightly from photographs or illustrations displayed on the Website.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, product images are for illustrative purposes and should not be relied upon as an exact representation of the final packaging or configuration supplied.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors and to withdraw or amend products where necessary.

If an error materially affects an order you have placed, we will contact you and, where appropriate, provide you with the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel the affected order.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order through the Website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product or service.

An order is not necessarily accepted simply because you have received an order confirmation or payment acknowledgement. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including where:

  • A product is unavailable.

  • There is an obvious pricing or product description error.

  • We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity.

  • We are unable to verify information necessary to fulfil the order.

  • The requested product cannot legally be supplied or delivered to the destination.

  • The order would otherwise place us in breach of applicable law.

Where we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will arrange an appropriate refund in accordance with applicable law.

6. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on the Website are stated in the applicable currency and are subject to any applicable taxes, VAT, delivery charges or other costs clearly identified at checkout.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered through the Website.

We may use third-party payment providers to securely process payments. Payment information may be handled by those providers in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies.

We do not knowingly store complete payment card details on our own systems where payment processing is handled by a third-party payment provider.

7. Intellectual Property and Website Licence

Unless otherwise stated, Hydurage Ltd and/or its licensors own or control the intellectual property rights in the Website and its original content.

This includes, where applicable, text, written content, branding, logos, graphics, original photography, product information, course materials and other original content.

You may view and print reasonable extracts of the Website for your own personal or legitimate internal business use, provided that you do not remove copyright or other proprietary notices.

Unless expressly permitted by us in writing, you must not:

  • Republish material from the Website.

  • Sell, rent, licence or sub-license Website content.

  • Reproduce, duplicate or commercially exploit Website content.

  • Modify or create derivative works from our original content.

  • Systematically scrape, harvest or extract Website content or data.

Images, Artwork and Photography

Original images, artwork, graphics, branding and photography created by Hydurage Ltd or its partners are protected by applicable intellectual property rights and may be subject to specific licence terms.

Where Creative Commons licensing applies, the relevant licence terms must be followed.

This does not apply to royalty-free stock images, photography or other third-party visual content used on the Website. Such content remains subject to the applicable licence terms of its original creator or provider.

Further information regarding our image licensing can be found in our Copyright and Image Licensing notice.

8. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Website:

  • In a way that causes or may cause damage to the Website or interfere with its availability or accessibility.

  • For unlawful, fraudulent, harmful or malicious purposes.

  • To introduce or distribute viruses, malware, spyware, Trojan horses, worms, keyloggers, rootkits or other malicious software.

  • To attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, accounts or databases.

  • To conduct automated scraping, data mining, data extraction or systematic data collection without our prior written permission.

  • To send unsolicited commercial communications through the Website.

  • To copy, reproduce or exploit our Website content for unauthorised marketing or commercial purposes.

We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe that these Terms & Conditions have been breached.

9. Accounts, Passwords and Restricted Areas

Certain areas of the Website, including customer accounts and online training platforms, may require registration and login details.

You are responsible for keeping your username, password and other account credentials confidential.

You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

You must not share your account credentials or allow another person to access paid course content or other restricted content provided specifically for you.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to an account where we reasonably believe that account credentials are being misused, shared, transferred or used in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

10. Online Courses and Digital Training

Hydurage Ltd provides online and digital training courses for educational and professional development purposes.

Course content, structure, duration, entry requirements and delivery methods may vary between courses and will be described on the relevant course page.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, completion of an online theory course does not guarantee a particular qualification, certification, professional registration, insurance acceptance, employment outcome or legal entitlement to perform a treatment.

Students are responsible for checking that they meet any applicable entry requirements before purchasing a course.

11. Course Suitability, Qualifications and Insurance

Students are responsible for ensuring that they have the appropriate qualifications, background knowledge, practical experience and professional competence required to undertake a particular course or treatment.

Where a course has minimum entry requirements, these will be stated on the relevant course information.

For UK students, some courses may be intended for individuals who already hold an appropriate qualification, such as a relevant Level 4 qualification or equivalent. Where applicable, students must ensure that they meet the stated entry requirements before enrolling.

International students are responsible for checking the regulatory, qualification, licensing and insurance requirements applicable in their own country or jurisdiction.

Completion of a Hydurage course does not guarantee insurance coverage.

Insurance companies make their own decisions regarding eligibility and cover. We strongly recommend contacting your insurer before enrolling if insurance acceptance is an important requirement for you.

Students are also responsible for determining whether additional practical training, supervised experience, recognised qualifications or other professional development is required before carrying out treatments professionally.

12. Practical Training and Resits

Where practical training is included or offered as part of a course, the applicable course description and booking terms will apply.

Where Hydurage offers a free resit or additional training support, the specific terms stated for that course will apply.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, a resit or additional training opportunity does not constitute a refund of the original course fee.

Our aim is to ensure that students feel supported and sufficiently confident to continue developing their practical skills safely and professionally.

13. Third-Party Media and Course Materials

Hydurage courses may occasionally include third-party videos, images, demonstrations or other media for illustrative and educational purposes.

Third-party media may not form part of the official accredited or certificated course content and may not necessarily represent Hydurage’s own procedures, recommendations or treatment protocols.

Students should rely on the official Hydurage course materials and any practical training provided by Hydurage when completing their training.

Hydurage Ltd does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, suitability or continued availability of third-party media and is not responsible for how third-party content is interpreted or used.

14. Medical and Treatment Disclaimer

Information provided through the Website, courses, educational materials or other content is not intended to replace appropriate medical, clinical or professional advice.

Treatment procedures, medicines, substances, devices and aesthetic techniques may carry risks and may be subject to legal, regulatory, professional and insurance requirements.

Students and practitioners are responsible for obtaining appropriate professional advice, completing suitable training and ensuring that they understand the risks, contraindications, regulations and professional requirements relevant to any treatment they undertake.

Hydurage Ltd does not diagnose medical conditions or prescribe medical treatment through its Website or training materials.

Where you have concerns about a medical condition, medication, allergy, treatment or potential contraindication, you should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

15. Use and Importation of Products and Machines

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products and machines purchased from Hydurage Ltd may legally be purchased, imported, possessed and used in their country or region.

Where products are supplied internationally, the customer is responsible for checking applicable local laws, regulations, import requirements, licensing requirements, customs requirements and professional restrictions before placing an order.

Hydurage Ltd cannot guarantee that a product is legally permitted for use in every jurisdiction.

Where a customer orders a product for international delivery, the customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, permits or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

We will provide reasonable assistance with customs or clearance queries where the matter is within our control.

16. Aesthetic Machine Use and Professional Responsibility

Professional aesthetic machines and devices must only be used by appropriately trained and competent individuals and in accordance with applicable manufacturer instructions, safety requirements, professional standards and local laws.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have received appropriate training and have the necessary qualifications, insurance and permissions to use the machine or device for its intended purpose. For example, permission to operate in commercial premises may be in the form of a ‘Special Treatments License’ issued by many councils.

Hydurage Ltd does not accept responsibility for injury, damage or loss resulting from improper, unauthorised, negligent or unlawful use of a machine or device, except where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

17. Refunds, Returns and Warranty

Our Refunds, Returns & Warranty Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

The policy sets out the procedures and conditions relating to:

  • Returns and refunds.

  • Aesthetic machine warranties.

  • Faulty products.

  • Course and digital-content refunds.

  • Repairs and replacements.

  • Return shipping.

  • Manufacturer warranty claims.

Nothing in our Refunds, Returns & Warranty Policy or these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

18. Delivery and Processing

We aim to process orders as quickly as reasonably possible and will provide estimated delivery information where available.

Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, stock levels, the selected delivery service, destination and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where a product is on backorder or subject to delayed availability, we will provide appropriate information where reasonably possible.

For international orders, delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, import procedures, local postal services and other circumstances outside our control.

Any delivery estimate provided is an estimate unless we have expressly agreed a specific delivery date with you.

We will comply with applicable legal requirements regarding delivery times and responsibility for goods in transit.

19. International Orders and Customs

Customers ordering from outside the UK are responsible for checking whether the products they order can legally be imported into their country.

Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees and other charges imposed by the destination country are normally the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Hydurage Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, import restrictions or local regulatory requirements outside our reasonable control.

Where we are required to provide customs documentation, we will provide accurate information available to us.

20. Website Availability and Third-Party Services

We aim to keep the Website available and operational, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

The Website may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical faults, hosting issues, security incidents or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may use third-party services, plugins, payment providers, hosting providers, delivery companies, training platforms, analytics services and other external providers.

We are not responsible for interruptions or failures caused solely by third-party services where those failures are outside our reasonable control.

21. User-Submitted Content

If you submit reviews, comments, photographs, videos, testimonials or other material to Hydurage Ltd, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide that content.

You must not submit content that:

  • Is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent or misleading.

  • Infringes another person’s intellectual property or privacy rights.

  • Contains malicious software.

  • Contains confidential information belonging to another person or organisation.

  • Is abusive, threatening or otherwise inappropriate.

We reserve the right to remove or decline to publish submitted content where we reasonably consider that it breaches these Terms & Conditions or is otherwise unsuitable for the Website.

Any use of customer reviews, photographs or testimonials for marketing purposes will be subject to applicable privacy and data protection requirements and any permissions required by law.

22. Privacy and Data Protection

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

We may process personal information where necessary to fulfil orders, manage customer accounts, provide courses and services, communicate with customers, meet legal obligations, prevent fraud and operate our Website.

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Further information about how we collect, use and protect personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

23. Cookies

Our Website may use cookies and similar technologies to operate correctly, remember preferences, improve functionality, analyse Website usage and support certain services.

Further information about our use of cookies can be found in our Privacy Policy or Cookie Policy, where applicable.

24. Third-Party Websites and Links

Our Website may contain links to third-party websites or services.

These links are provided for convenience or informational purposes. Hydurage Ltd does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices or terms.

You should review the applicable terms and privacy policies before using third-party websites or submitting personal information to them.

25. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Subject to this, Hydurage Ltd will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses where such liability may lawfully be excluded.

This may include, where legally permissible, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunities, loss of anticipated savings, loss of contracts, loss of goodwill or business interruption.

We do not accept responsibility for losses arising from a customer’s misuse, unauthorised use or unlawful use of our products, machines, training materials or services.

Nothing in this section affects any statutory rights or remedies that apply to you.

26. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate Hydurage Ltd for reasonable losses, liabilities, costs and expenses arising directly from your unlawful use of the Website or your material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

This clause does not require you to compensate Hydurage Ltd for losses caused by Hydurage Ltd’s own negligence, breach of contract or other circumstances where such liability cannot lawfully be transferred to you.

27. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to your account, Website areas or digital course content where we reasonably believe that you have:

  • Materially breached these Terms & Conditions.

  • Attempted to obtain unauthorised access to our systems.

  • Shared restricted course content or account credentials without permission.

  • Used the Website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

  • Engaged in conduct that threatens the security of our Website, staff, customers or systems.

Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Any termination will not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.

28. Changes to These Terms & Conditions

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services, Website, business practices or legal requirements.

The current version will be published on this page with the relevant effective date where appropriate.

Changes will not retrospectively alter rights or obligations that have already arisen under an existing contract unless permitted by law or agreed between the parties.

29. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable by a court or other competent authority, that provision will be treated as modified or removed to the minimum extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue to apply.

30. No Waiver

If we do not immediately enforce a right or provision under these Terms & Conditions, this does not mean that we have waived that right or provision.

A waiver must be expressly made in writing to be effective.

31. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with any applicable product-specific terms, course terms, order confirmation, Refunds, Returns & Warranty Policy and Privacy Policy, form the agreement governing your use of the Website and the relevant purchase or service.

Where a specific product or course has additional terms that expressly apply to that product or course, those specific terms will take precedence over these general Terms & Conditions to the extent of any inconsistency.

32. Third-Party Rights

Unless expressly stated otherwise, a person who is not a party to an agreement with Hydurage Ltd will not have the right to enforce its terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

33. Assignment

Hydurage Ltd may transfer or assign its rights and obligations under these Terms & Conditions where this is connected with the operation, restructuring or transfer of all or part of its business, provided that doing so does not unlawfully reduce your rights.

You may not transfer your contractual rights or obligations to another person without our prior written consent, unless applicable law permits you to do so.

34. Complaints and Customer Support

We value our customers and aim to resolve problems quickly and fairly.

If you have a complaint, concern or issue relating to an order, product, machine, course or service, please contact us directly so that we have an opportunity to investigate and assist.

You can contact Hydurage Ltd through our Website contact form, by email at contact@hydurage.com.

Please provide your order number and as much relevant information as possible so that we can investigate efficiently.

35. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Where legally permitted, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Website.

Where mandatory consumer protection legislation gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere, nothing in this clause is intended to remove that right.
