These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The United Kingdom.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

UK: Please note that whilst we aim to despatch orders made before 2PM on the same day, sometimes we are extremely busy which can lead to slightly longer processing times. In the UK currently there are only minor delays with the Royal Mail so you can expect a fairly normal service depending on your selected shipping option.

For International orders we process orders just as quickly as domestic orders but there may be delivery delays due to reasons outside of our control. Please allow up to 14 working days for Europe and up to 30 working days for the rest of the World. USA Customers have varying delivery windows state to state, please be prepared to wait longer than usual.

We reserve the right to take up to 30 working days to process your order and 30 working days to deliver it but normally you will receive your product within the times shown in the above statement; This mainly applies to items ordered on ‘backorder’. All backorders are processed as priority when stocks are replenished. In any circumstances, if your item is lost we will do whatever we can to locate it for you from our side but our obligation to you, the customer, ends once we have provided tracking details/proof of postage. If we can clearly see that the item did not make it to you with the tracking we provide, we will always work towards a resolution between both parties. Please wait 30 working days before contacting us regarding your shipping time/lost claim. We are not obligated nor do we accept to pay any customs duties or charges incurred if you are ordering from overseas. We are a UK based company; Please check with your local postal service regarding customs duties in your city/state/country. We do not accept responsibility for how long your order may take to be processed by customs or if the item(s) are held by customs. We provide the correct paperwork for clearance so as long as your country of residence allows the item(s) to be legally imported they should not get held up for too long. If they do get held up we will assist with any clearance issues that are within our control.

   3. If you are a consumer you have the right to cancel goods or services supplied by the Website by contacting us in writing within 7 days. However, where we have begun to undertake a service within this term your right to cancel is lost.
   4. We may in some circumstances make referral fees from affiliates that we recommend to you. You agree to allow us to keep any such referral fees generated.
   5. When using the Website, some of your details may be stored in cookies. By using the Website you give your consent for such cookies to be used.
   6. Your use of this Website is governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. English courts will have jurisdiction over any disagreement as a result of you using the Website.
   7. The standard delivery time frame is 30 days from the point of order, that is unless we agree to a quicker delivery timeframe. This is for the whole order to be delivered
   8. Refunds on products (does not include courses)
      (other than for defective goods) cannot be claimed under any circumstances until 30 days have passed since the point of order. If only partial delivery has occurred, only a partial refund can be claimed. Refunds are processed directly back to your payment card and this can take up to 30 days.
   9. We only sell to businesses, we are not required to be compliant with the consumer goods act, rather than consumer contracts act which governs B2B sales and makes our terms and conditions as binding.
   10. We take no responsibility for issues relating to customs and assume you have the legal right to import these products.
   11. When a delivery issue is caused by a third party we take no liability for resolution and proof of postage is considered sufficient for proof of delivery.
   12. If you make a refund claim inside the 60 day period (30 days for delivery + 30 days for processing) we reserve the right to charge you any fees and/or costs that we incur in challenging this.
