1. General Refunds & Returns

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase from Hydurage Limited. Please note the following conditions for refunds and returns for digital products

Once you have been enrolled onto a course it becomes non refundable and non exchangeable.

2. Refunds, Returns & Warranty – Machines & Devices
Refunds & Returns

Refunds are not available once a machine has been delivered, except where the product is confirmed to be faulty under the manufacturer’s warranty.

Machines may not be returned due to change of mind, lack of use, or failure to complete training.

In the event of a suspected fault, the purchaser must notify Hydurage Limited in writing and follow the warranty claim procedure.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

All machines include a manufacturer’s warranty covering the main machine unit against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of delivery (unless otherwise stated in the product description at the time of purchase).

The warranty excludes:

Handpieces, handles, accessories, attachments, and consumable parts

Damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, unauthorised repairs, or failure to follow training/user instructions

Cosmetic damage or general wear and tear

Warranty Claims

Warranty claims must be made by the original purchaser and are non-transferable.

Proof of purchase and the machine’s serial number must be provided.

Machines must be returned to the manufacturer or an authorised service centre for inspection.

The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs related to returns and redelivery.

The manufacturer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to repair or replace the main machine unit.

Limitations

Liability under this warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the main unit.

Hydurage Limited is not the manufacturer and accept no responsibility but will offer support to assist in repair or replacement by liaising with the manufacturer on behalf of the buyer to reach a satisfactory conclusion. However Hydurage Ltd, nor the manufacturer accepts any responsibility for indirect or consequential losses, including business interruption, client claims, or loss of revenue due to machine downtime.

Please be aware we value our customers and we will do our utmost to resolve and support your claim or any other problem you may experience with your machine. That is the difference of working with a local company opposed to a foreign speaking sales assistant who heads for the hills when there is a problem.  We offer support even after your warranty period and we are always just a text or email away.


3. How to Return an Item
