Processing your Order

UK: Please note that whilst we aim to despatch orders made before 2PM on the same day, sometimes we are extremely busy which can lead to slightly longer processing times. In the UK currently there are no delays with the Royal Mail due to COVID-19 so you can expect a normal service depending on your selected shipping option. If you select DHL/ParcelForce you can expect the usual fast delivery.

For International orders we process orders just as quickly as domestic orders but there may be delivery delays due to COVID-19; Please allow up to 14 working days for Europe and up to 30 working days for the rest of the World. USA Customers have varying delivery windows state to state, please be prepared to wait longer than usual as there are delays across the USPS network.

We reserve the right to take up to 30 working days to process your order and 30 working days to deliver it but normally you will receive your product within the times shown in the above statement; This mainly applies to items ordered on ‘backorder’. All backorders are processed as priority when stocks are replenished.
