1. Purpose of This Agreement

This Candidate Agreement outlines the responsibilities and expectations between you (“the Candidate”) and Hydurage Ltd(“the Provider”) for the duration of your training on a regulated course. By signing this agreement, you confirm that you understand and accept the terms.


2. Your Responsibilities as a Candidate

By enrolling on a regulated course, you agree to:

  • Attend all scheduled training sessions and assessments as required.
  • Engage actively in the learning process and complete all assignments on time.
  • Follow the course syllabus, assessment plan, and any relevant awarding organisation regulations.
  • Comply with all health & safety, safeguarding, and professional conduct policies.
  • Treat all staff, trainers, fellow candidates, and clients with respect.
  • Notify the Provider of any learning support needs, medical conditions, or changes in circumstances that may affect your learning.
  • Make all payments before Training commences.

3. Our Responsibilities as the Provider

We agree to:

  • Deliver high-quality, Ofqual-aligned or externally accredited training.
  • Provide qualified tutors, assessors, and internal quality assurers.
  • Supply course materials, assessment resources, and ongoing learner support.
  • Keep your data secure and only share it with relevant awarding bodies or regulators.
  • Issue your certificate upon successful completion and verification of all assessments.

4. Assessment and Appeals

  • You will be assessed through written, practical, or oral methods depending on your course.
  • If you disagree with an assessment decision, you may submit a formal appeal in line with our Appeals Policy (available on request).
  • Appeals must be submitted within 10 working days of receiving your results.

5. Certification and Progression

  • Certification is subject to full attendance, successful completion of all assessments, and verification by our internal and external quality assurance teams.
  • We aim to issue certificates within 8–12 weeks of course completion, subject to the awarding body’s timelines.

6. Conduct & Dismissal Policy

  • Any form of cheating, plagiarism, violence, harassment, or breach of professional conduct may result in removal from the course without refund.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or remove any candidate whose behaviour compromises the safety, integrity, or reputation of the training school.

7. Data Protection & GDPR

  • Your data will be processed in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
  • We will only share your data with third parties (e.g., awarding bodies, insurers) when required for qualification purposes.
