1. Purpose
This contract sets out the terms and conditions under which the candidate agrees to engage in learning and/or assessment activities delivered by Hydurage, in line with awarding body and regulatory requirements.
2. Candidate Responsibilities
By signing this agreement, the candidate agrees to:
- Attend all scheduled training, assessments, or tutorials punctually.
- Complete all assignments and assessments within agreed deadlines.
- Adhere to all centre policies, including those on behaviour, plagiarism, and health & safety.
- Notify the centre promptly of any changes in personal details or circumstances.
- Comply with awarding body rules and assessment conditions.
- Treat staff, peers, and centre property with respect.
3. Centre Responsibilities
Hydurage Aesthetics agrees to:
- Provide high-quality teaching, training, and assessment in line with awarding body standards.
- Support the candidate with access to learning resources, feedback, and reasonable adjustments (where required).
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment.
- Assess all work fairly and provide timely feedback.
- Protect personal data in accordance with GDPR and our Data Protection Policy.
4. Plagiarism and Malpractice
The candidate understands that any form of plagiarism, collusion, or cheating is a breach of assessment rules and may lead to disqualification from the qualification. All work submitted must be the candidate’s own.
5. Equality and Diversity
The centre is committed to providing equal opportunities for all and will not tolerate discrimination or harassment on any grounds.
6. Confidentiality and Data Use
The candidate’s personal data will be processed only for the purposes of education, assessment, certification, and compliance, in accordance with the UK GDPR and our privacy policy. Data may be shared with the awarding body and regulatory authorities when required.
7. Termination of Contract
This contract may be terminated by the centre if the candidate:
- Repeatedly fails to meet responsibilities outlined above
- Commits serious misconduct
- Withdraws from the qualification
The candidate may withdraw at any time by providing written notice to the centre.
8. Declaration
I confirm that I understand and agree to the terms of this Candidate Contract. I acknowledge my responsibilities and commit to following the centre’s policies and procedures.
